You can drop down the garage divider's from above using threaded rod which attaches to either a flat surface or a flange. Another method to drop down the garage divider is with small steel cables or small change that would attach to our track.
The curtains take up a relatively small amount of space when they are retracted. They only require approximately 1.5 inches of space per 1 foot of actual curtain width. So a 30 foot wide curtain would store in approximately 45 inches. You could pull that back even further if you use a curtain tieback strap.
