OVERVIEW
Welding cubicles are great for creating individual workspaces or areas for specific tasks. They are commonly used in welding trade schools or industrial facilities. If many welders are in close proximity to one another, there should be something to divide them and thus improve their working conditions. A welding cubicle can contain flying sparks from arc welding and grinding operations, blasting, and other hazardous elements while providing a clear line of sight on all sides.
Welding Cubicle Benefits
- Create a safe working environment
- Protection against bright arcs and sparks
- Superior noise control
- The cubicle is easy to clean
- Less expensive than rigid walls and other permanent structures
- Greatly improve efficiency by assigning specific tasks to specific working areas
- You can take down the welding cubicle quickly and repurpose it somewhere else

You Sketch It We Make It
If you already have a welding cubicle design then we can take your layout drawing and send you a detailed quote for you to review. Our team of experts will go over the hardware and the curtains required for your application so that your welding cells are laid out for optimal performance. We take into consideration the type of traffic and the frequency entering and exiting each welding cell so that we can recommend the appropriate arrangement. We also offer completely retractable welding cubicles that can be rolled away when not in use freeing up premium for space.
Solid - Welding Cubicle Curtains
Designed for high heat and heavy close proximity welding with hot weld slag and sparks.
Side to side vinyl curtains for welding booths. Common at schools and colleges.
Tinted and opaque welding rolls that zip tie to welding cell fencing or for static hanging.
Portable - Welding Cubicle Screens
The most common welding shield. The portable welding screens fold up and can be moved anywhere.
Same as the vinyl but in canvas. Designed for heavy close welding with hot weld slag and sparks.
Retractable welding curtain screens are hand pulled up and are portable. They store in very tight spaces.
Retractable welding curtain screens are hand pulled and portable. Up to 25' in length and freestanding.
Strip - Welding Cubicle Curtains
Includes PVC strips & hardware for a complete weld strip system. Available in all configurations.
Most commonly hung with rods that drop down from the ceiling. The wall of strips allow all access.
Allows for complete overhead access for cranes. Form multiple work cells or single sided walls.
For welding booths that require entry and exit without the need to push the curtain to the side.
Robotic welding strip curtains allow material to pass through while protecting operators.
For replacing worn out weld strips or for when you do not need any hardware. Comes in up to 300' rolls.
Strips that are made for very high temperatures near blast ovens. Rated for up to 3,000° F
Retractable - Welding Cubicle Curtains
Retractable welding curtain screens are hand pulled across the weld cell. Up to 25' in length and freestanding.
Retractable welding curtain screens. are hand pulled across the weld cell. Up to 26' in length and freestanding.
Retractable welding curtain screens are hand pulled and portable. Up to 25' in length and freestanding.
The drop-down roller guard provides eye protection from grinding, welding and sanding operations.
Bulk Rolls & Blankets
Rolls of vinyl welding curtains that can also have grommets on the edges for hanging.
Designed for heavy close welding with hot weld slag and sparks. Canvas is rated up to 3000°F .
For replacing worn out weld strips or for when you do not need any hardware. Comes in up to 300' rolls.
