Tip #1 - When determining the overall height of your temperature control curtain wall, it is best to provide us with the overall height of the opening rather than the desired curtain height. The reason for this is quite simple, if you provide us with your desired temperature control curtain height, then you are likely not taking into consideration the mounting hardware which adds to the overall height. if you simply give us the overall height of the opening, we can then calculate the exact dimensions of the curtain that you will require.
Tip #2 - Take into consideration the difference in temperature between the different zones. We will need to know the temperature that you are targeting from both sides of the temperature control curtain wall. For instance, if this temperature control curtain is to be installed in a warehouse then on one side might be targeting 70° Fahrenheit and on the other side of the curtain you could have a target temperature of 40°F. If we know the temperature difference we can then supply the correct amount of insulation.
Tip #3 - Gives some special consideration to logistics of the material movement in your facility. If you are going to need access to both sides of the temperature control curtain, then it might be a good idea to have strip doors added. With strip doors, you can allow a forklift or personnel to move seamlessly from side-to-side without affecting the curtain wall. Take measurements of the largest object that you will have to move through the curtain and provide that to us. We can then include the correct size strip door to allow seamless movement from one side to the other.
