- Anchors are used to tie down the curtain for breezy conditions.
- Velcro straps hold your curtain in place if a breeze is present or a more secure curtain is required.
- These anchors work in conjunction with the Velcro straps at the bottom of the curtains which loop through a D-ring and back up to the curtain.
- We typically space them approximately every 4'.
- Akon does not provide the fasteners and the customer would source these fasteners at a local hardware store or online.
- PRO TIP - A good concrete anchor is the 1/4" diameter x 1-1/2" length pin anchor according to AKON installers. Please be aware that ultimately the customer has to choose a fastener based on what they are attaching to.
