The Issue

If you ordered your curtain to be too tall, you have a few shortening options.

Option #1
Take the curtain down and send it back to Akon so we can shorten it to your desired height. Please note that you need an RGA from Akon and a modification quote.

Option #2
You can cut off the bottom of the curtain using a utility knife. All of our vinyl curtains are made to be field cut and it does not affect the warranty or the performance. Please keep in mind if you have a chain pocket, anchor straps, floor sweep, etc., you would be cutting those features off. If you have those features, then you could cut the top of the curtain and purchase a self-grommet kit from Amazon and punch new grommets.
