Which entry option is the best?
The entry and exit options from above all have different benefits and drawbacks. For instance, if you have to get your heavy duty curtain wall out of the way then a freestanding option which is bolted to the floor needs to be taken into consideration. You could have the ability to move the curtain wall side to side but the anchored doorframe would still remain. In that instance a stone in strip curtain or a simple Velcro split would probably be your best option.

Is there any welding required for the free-standing frames?
There is no welding required for any of our entry options. The freestanding frames simply bolt together. They also have base plates which have to be bolted to the concrete floor. Once fully assembled, you simply attach the curtain wall to the outside of the freestanding frame.
