The standard wash bay curtains are the ideal solution for prep stations, spray booths, and sanding stations. These curtains will contain sparks, paint, water overspray, aluminum dust, steel dust, and most chemical sprays. Similarly to other AKON products, our wash stall curtains come with custom sizes, layouts, different track mount types, and other features.
The industrial wash bay curtains are designed for heavier use in warehouses or garage wash bays. They will contain flying mud, water, and debris from wash down applications. The curtain booths will prevent chemical spills or cross contamination. Containing such dangerous elements into a defined industrial wash enclosure ensures that other areas of production stay clean and dry.
The USDA / FDA grade wash down curtains are designed with non-porous PVC material which eliminates the opportunity for bacteria to grow and contaminate nearby products. The stainless steel curtain track is also specially designed as to not allow any debris contamination to build up. The combination of unique features in these USDA wash down curtains improves plant sanitation and reduces downtime on the line.
